What “AI job application automation” means
It is software that does the repetitive parts of applying for jobs. Instead of searching each job site by hand, rewriting your cover letter, and retyping the same screening answers, the tool does those steps for you and leaves you with the decision: apply or skip.
- It searches JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn for roles that match the skills on your profile.
- It scores each role against your real resume, so weak matches are easy to skip.
- It uses AI to draft a cover letter and the employer's screening answers from your actual experience.
- It flags listings that look like common Philippine job scams.
- It submits only the applications you approve, from your own logged-in browser, and tracks each one afterwards.
What makes it built for the Philippines
Auto-apply tools existed before iNeedAutoJob, but they were made for other job markets. LoopCV, AIApply, FastApply, and JobCopilot are built around LinkedIn and Western job boards, and they charge in US dollars or euros. None of them supports JobStreet, which is where most hiring in the Philippines happens.
| iNeedAutoJob | Global auto-apply tools | |
|---|---|---|
| JobStreet support | Yes | No |
| Indeed and LinkedIn | Yes | Yes |
| Pricing currency | Philippine pesos | US dollars or euros |
| Scam detection | Tuned to Philippine job scams | Not localised |
| Who submits | You approve every application | Varies; some submit without review |
| Countries covered | The Philippines | Many countries |
The global tools cover far more countries and have been around longer. If you are applying to jobs abroad, one of them may suit you better. For jobs in the Philippines, JobStreet support is the difference that matters.

How the “first” claim was checked
On July 28, 2026 we searched the web for any earlier job application automation tool made for the Philippine market, and for any auto-apply tool that supports JobStreet. We found neither. Every roundup of auto-apply tools listed the same global products, and none of them listed JobStreet as a supported site.
We also found products that are close but in a different category: Bossjob is a job board with AI matching, JobStreet's own AI features match candidates to jobs but do not apply for them, and autofill extensions such as JobWizard fill in forms on employer career sites rather than on JobStreet.
The limits of that check: nobody can prove that nothing earlier existed. Our search was in English and reflects what could be found on July 28, 2026 — a small local tool with no web presence would not have appeared. If an earlier Philippine tool is ever shown to us, we will change this page. The part anyone can check today is narrower: look at any other auto-apply tool's list of supported job sites and see whether JobStreet is on it.
What it costs
The free plan includes one job source on any supported board, 10 applications a day, and 5 AI credits a month. Pro is ₱399 a month and raises that to unlimited sources, 100 applications a day, and 500 AI credits, and adds match scoring, scam detection, tailored cover letters, ATS resume optimization, interview preparation, mock interviews, and analytics.
