You always approve each job before it's submitted — nothing applies without your click. Make sure you're logged in to the job board in the same browser and the extension is enabled. Some applications also need you to tick a reCAPTCHA, which shows as “Needs you” in the apply queue.
Yes — it both finds jobs in your browser and files applications through your own logged-in session. Keep it installed and enabled, and stay logged in to the board (JobStreet, Indeed or LinkedIn).
Open the job on the Applications page and read the error. Common causes: you're not logged in to the job board, the extension is disabled, or the job applies on an external employer site. Log in, enable the extension, and try again.
It may be Pro-only, or you may be out of monthly credits (or cover-letter regenerations). Check the Billing page for your plan and remaining credits.
Advanced AI features draw from a monthly allowance (Free: 5, Pro: 500) that resets at the start of each month. Finding and applying to jobs doesn't use credits.
