Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using iNeedAutoJob (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

iNeedAutoJob finds jobs from sources you configure, drafts tailored screening answers and cover letters from your profile and resume, submits applications you approve, tracks your pipeline, and provides interview-prep tools. Features and limits vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

3. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email and keep your account secure. We use one-time sign-in codes rather than passwords.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the job boards you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in applications.
• Violate the terms of any job board or third party you connect.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your profile, resume, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate the Service for you — drafting applications, generating interview prep, and similar features. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you provide.

6. Approvals & your responsibility

Nothing is submitted automatically. Every application is sent only after you approve it — individually or in bulk. You’re responsible for reviewing drafts before approving, and for the content of applications submitted from your account. We’re not responsible for hiring outcomes.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft screening answers, cover letters, match scores, and interview material from your profile and resume. AI output can contain errors or omissions, so you should review every draft before approving it. We don’t warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular application, and you remain responsible for what you submit.

8. Job boards & the browser extension

Some boards require applications to be submitted from your own logged-in session via our browser extension. You’re responsible for complying with each board’s terms. If a board can’t be applied to, the Service reports the reason; we don’t guarantee compatibility with every site.

9. Plans, credits & billing

The Free plan includes one job source on any supported board, 10 applies per day, and 5 AI credits per month. Pro (₱399/month) includes unlimited sources, 100 applies per day, and 500 AI credits per month. Advanced AI features consume monthly credits that reset each month. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; if a Pro period ends without renewing, your account returns to Free. Pricing may change with notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, that applications will succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You use it at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNeedAutoJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Philippines.

13. Termination & changes

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
