Installing the browser extension

The extension finds and submits jobs in your own logged-in browser.

Job boards work best from your own logged-in browser session, so the iNeedAutoJob browser extension does two things:

  • Finds jobs — after the first run, it scrapes your searches in your own browser, so discovery scales and stays reliable.
  • Applies to jobs — it opens each approved job, fills the form (with your cover letter and screening answers), and submits it.

To set it up:

  1. Install the extension from the link in the app.
  2. Log in to the job board (JobStreet, Indeed or LinkedIn) in the same browser, so the extension can act on your behalf.
  3. Keep the extension enabled while you find and approve jobs.

Because applications go through your own browser session, file uploads use the resume already on your job-board profile. Jobs that redirect to an external employer site can't be auto-filled and are skipped automatically.

Try it on your own job search

iNeedAutoJob finds roles on JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn, drafts each application from your resume, and applies from your own browser — you approve every send. Free to start.
