iNeedAutoJob vs AIApply: Which Is Better for Jobs in the Philippines?

By Fad Junaid, founder of iNeedAutoJob · Published

For jobs in the Philippines, iNeedAutoJob is the better fit because it applies on JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn — the sites Philippine employers post on — and charges a flat ₱399 a month. AIApply is a global tool that applies to jobs from its own listing of “20M+ jobs” and sells auto-apply as credits. If your search is international, AIApply's listing is far larger; if you want your applications to land on JobStreet, AIApply's website does not mention it.

The main difference: where the application lands

iNeedAutoJob applies on the job site itself, from your own account: the employer sees a normal JobStreet, Indeed, or LinkedIn application. AIApply works from its own collection of job listings, and its website does not say it applies on JobStreet. If the job you want is posted on JobStreet, a tool that applies on JobStreet is the one that reaches it.

Credits versus a daily limit

AIApply says auto-apply runs on credits, so “you only pay for the volume you need”. iNeedAutoJob includes applications in the plan: up to 10 a day on Free and up to 100 a day on Pro. Its separate AI credits are used for extras such as a letter tailored to one job, not for each application.

When AIApply is the better choice

  • You are searching internationally and want one very large list of jobs.
  • You prefer to pay per batch of applications instead of a monthly plan.
  • You don't need JobStreet.

When iNeedAutoJob is the better choice

  • You are applying to jobs in the Philippines, especially on JobStreet.
  • You want each application sent from your own job-site account and browser.
  • You want to pay a flat price in pesos.

iNeedAutoJob's free plan covers one job site and 10 applications a day. Pro is ₱399 a month for JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn together and up to 100 applications a day.
